  1. Watermelon: Watermelon is wealthy in vitamins A, C, B6, magnesium, and potassium. Eating watermelon in the first trimester of pregnancy helps in strengthening the heart, reduce swelling in hands and feet because of pregnancy, besides, it reduces muscle contractions and keeps you hydrated.
